Returns & Refund Policy

At Hairality Extensions, we pride ourselves on delivering luxury hair products made from 100% raw human hair. Due to the nature of our items and hygiene regulations, all sales are final — with limited exceptions outlined below.



🔁 Return Eligibility

 

To qualify for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Hair must be unused, unwashed, uncolored, and in original packaging
  • Product must be free of odor, product buildup, and wear
  • Lace wigs or closures must be unplucked and uncut


If your item meets these conditions, email info@hairalityextensions.com with your order number and photos.


💵 Refund Options

If approved, we will issue a:

  • Full refund (excluding shipping), or
  • Store credit for future purchases

Please note: We reserve the right to deduct a 10% restocking fee on returned items.


🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer automatic exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your eligible product first, then place a new order.


❌ Items That Are Final Sale

  • Opened bundles or worn wigs
  • Custom wigs or pre-orders
  • Clearance and sale items
  • Lash products or opened oil bottles
  • Products returned without original packaging


📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Hairality error (wrong or damaged item). We recommend using USPS with tracking.
